Good location for shopping, 20 min walk to central station, 15 min walk to restaurant area. Friendly and helpful staff, served coffee and a biscuit when tired. Stylish, clean rooms with spacious windows. Comfortable beds. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. We enjoyed exploring all the nearby attractions and it was so convenient to have the tramway just outside the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. We also appreciated the excellent room service and housekeeping during our stay. the experience was top-notch and we would definitely recommend this venue to others.
There is only one small thing we noticed during our stay that may be worth mentioning. Although this place is great for couples or solo travelers, we would recommend it to families as well.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The stylish and comfortable bedroom had good daylight, and the breakfast/sitting area was also very stylish and comfortable. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location couldn't be better, right in the center of everything and close to public transportation. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to assist.
